Leap Year and Calendar Accuracy

The calculator follows the Gregorian calendar, which is the standard civil calendar used worldwide. Leap years occur every four years, except for century years not divisible by 400. This means the year 2000 was a leap year, but 1900 was not. Every calculation respects these rules, so your results are always accurate.

Business Days vs. Calendar Days

This tool counts calendar days by default, which includes weekends and holidays. If you need business-day calculations, remember that a rough estimate is to multiply calendar weeks by five.
